The Lanier All Class Summer Celebration 2009

 

 

Good evening “Bulldogs”, I hope this e-mail finds you doing well. The Lanier All Class Summer Celebration 2009 was a great success. Here is a “visual glimpse”…

• Gentle smiles
• Renewed friendships
• Common memories of times past revisited
• Discussions of current events
• Dancing feet…sore feet

 

This “Party for a purpose”, one of our Scholarship fundraiser events, marks the beginning of an annual summer occurrence.

 

 

The “Lanier All Class Reunion Committee” thanks you for your support and participation! A special thank you to the “Class of 1976” for having the most alumni in attendance…see pictures attached. Thank you to the following individuals:

·         Mark Joiner ’76 donated 8 beautiful mugs with a picture of a bulldog.

·         Janet Samuel ‘77 for picking up the (2) two $25 gasoline cards.

 

We had 23 Alumni to sign up for the 2010 All Class Reunion scheduled for the last week of July or the 1^st week of August…if you would like to assist, please let me know.

 

Mark your calendars for the All Class Christmas Celebration scheduled for December 26, 2009 at Lakeover Center (BYOB).

 

Your National Alumni Association is on the move. Attached you’ll find the first draft of “The Lanier Hi-Lites” scheduled to be printed in July. On the last page is your application to renew or become a member…OUR GOAL IS “1000 Bulldogs Barking” by the time we Celebrate Christmas in December. Please do your part and contact any alumni on your e-mail list or reach out to friends of Lanier. Print out at least 10 copies of the application and pass to other Alumni.

 

Again, Lanier High School is on the move and we, as Alumni and friends, want to assist in this effort.
